kmxexii It feels like the author is back in familiar territory with outrun-infused dance beats, but a moody sense pervades the tracks, sometimes flirting with synth lines that feel like horror themes until they're undermined by the positive energy of the accompaniment ("Softcore"). "On and On" is one of my faves with a trippy beat and a warm, relaxed sound. "Looker" is darkly delicious with a droning opening that breaks into a chill, xylo-accented synth line before switching to funk for the latter half. Favorite track: Looker.

I don't know what it is, but in DWTD's discography this record really stands out to me. Picking a favourite track is difficult because all of the songs sound incredible to me, but POISON is probably the most fresh and energetic song in my opinion. zWarhead
